Holt's Diner is a "Fast-Casual" restaurant. That means that customers will walk up to the counter, place their order and then find a seat.

When their food is ready, a customer care specialist will bring the food to their table. They will also be working the dining room floor to make sure drinks are refilled and tables are clean.
